_General❄ The communication for commissions will be over the platform you commission me over and/or Discord.❄ I will start working once I received the payment and the basic details have been discussed.❄ All finshed products are digital❄ Under no circumstance do I want my art on Twitter/X.❄ When posted somewhere, credit to me as the artist has to be included.I hold the right to reject a commission if I get send AI as reference images.Payment and Refunds❄ Payment must be made over Paypal. No exceptions.❄ The payment has to be in Euro(€)❄ Payments must be submitted in full beforehand. Multiple Payments are only accepted if you commission me for bigger projects.❄ A full refund can only be given if initiated by me or if the commission hasn't been started.❄ If you want to cancel the commission, the refunds are as followed:sketch phase - 90%
in the middle of work - 50 %
near completion - 20%
completed - 0 %❄ a refund has to be initiated on Paypal by me, to avoid double charges. If you try to charge back on Paypal without discussing this beforehand with me, I will turn it down and there will might be consequences.Updates❄ WiP will be delivered consistently throughout my work on it.❄ Changes on composition, poses, layout are possible up to three times.❄ For Flat colour and colour + shading those are limited to before i start with colouring. After that only small changes and changes to colour and similar can be done.Usage❄ Rights for commercial use costs additionally and has to be payed with the original payment. I have to be informed for what it will be used.❄ My work is not to be used for AI in any way or form.❄ I keep the right to post your commission on my profiles, and use it in my portfolio.
